How RoleProspector handles your information.

Your job-search information

Your resume, job-search preferences, saved jobs, and evaluation history are stored on your computer. RoleProspector does not upload or store your job-search information on RoleProspector servers.

You do not need a RoleProspector account to use the application.

AI evaluation

AI evaluation is optional. If you enable it, RoleProspector sends the information needed to evaluate a job directly to the AI service you select.

RoleProspector does not receive or store that information. Your selected AI service may have its own privacy policy and terms of use.

Job listings

RoleProspector retrieves job listings from the job websites you choose. Those websites may have their own privacy policies and terms of use.

Purchases and licensing

When you purchase a RoleProspector license, payment and related transaction information is handled by our payment provider. RoleProspector does not need access to your job-search data to process your purchase.
